Patient Account Representative / Cashier, UMKC School of Dentistry, 80009
The UMKC School of Dentistry is seeking a patient-focused Patient Account Representative / Cashier (UM Job Title: Office Support Assistant IV) who is team-oriented and known for their outstanding customer service, attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to take initiative. Daily work includes researching patient problems, and accurately processing a high volume of transactions for a diverse customer base; therefore, problem-solving, flexibility, and multitasking skills are important. The ideal candidate must be able to perform job tasks in a busy environment with frequent interruptions, while meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work. Successful applicants must be helpful and patient, with the ability to problem solve in fast-paced situations, and provide outstanding customer service to patients, faculty, staff, and students. Duties include, but are not limited to:
$15.00 - $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity.
