Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, families and visitors and register in/outpatients and inpatients.
• Obtain complete demographic, insurance and authorization information.
• Explain billing and regulatory requirements, collect payments and deposits.
• Input data into registration and billing systems and support clerical tasks as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and provide courteous, efficient service.
