Job summary

• Apply different training methodologies to improve practices and evaluations.
• Run classes for new and existing hires.
• Develop staff training plans based on identified opportunities.
• Collaborate with department supervisors and managers to address ongoing training needs.
• Report to the Director of Patient Access.
