Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years’ healthcare call center or patient access experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, data management, data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, prep, deliver training and needs assessments for training programs.
• Create curricula based on business objectives and department needs.
• Track, document and monitor effectiveness of training programs.
• Provide onboarding and training support for Network Patient Access staff.
• Support Revenue Cycle Training and maintain up-to-date reference materials.
