Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in patient access, healthcare registration, admitting, or a related hospital-based access role.
• Experience in a lead, advanced, or senior capacity within patient access or registration.
• Knowledge of EMTALA and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time guidance and support to Patient Access Representatives, Financial Counselors, and eligibility staff.
• Coordinate workflows across emergency, admitting, and main registration departments to reduce delays and operational risks.
• Mentor team members and reinforce best practices in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Escalate complex insurance, authorization, and patient account issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
