Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance verification, patient financial processes, and EMTALA or related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time guidance and support to Patient Access Representatives, Financial Counselors, and eligibility staff.
• Coordinate workflows across Emergency, admitting, and main registration areas to reduce delays.
• Serve as escalation point for complex insurance, authorization, and patient account issues.
• Mentor team members in a fast-paced clinical environment and reinforce best practices.
