• Experience with EHR systems such as Epic and/or Meditech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership for hospital patient access operations.
• Serve as escalation point for complex registration, insurance, and payer issues.
• Support patient access staff with real-time guidance, workflow coordination, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to ensure policy adherence and service quality.
