Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare Patient Access, including registration, scheduling, insurance verification, revenue cycle, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the daily activities of the Patient Access team.
• Coach and mentor team members while helping drive engagement and performance.
• Monitor productivity, staffing, quality, and operational metrics.
• Partner with hospital leadership to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient intake workflows.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams.
• Assist with reporting, compliance, and other operational initiatives.
