Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center in Columbia, MD is seeking a Team Lead for Admitting and Registration. You will supervise Patient Access Representatives, guide admitting staff on day and weekend shifts, and participate in daily rounds and leadership meetings.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of equivalent health care experience performing Admitting and Registration functions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume Emergency Department environment.
• Experience with Epic.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support Patient Access Representatives during the 7am-3:30pm shift.
• Supervise Admitting Staff on day and weekend shifts.
• Perform daily rounding to ensure staff have what they need and answer questions.
• Participate in huddles and communicate with hospital leadership.
• Assist Manager in creating agendas and attend monthly staff meetings.
• Ensure daily reports for auditing and tracking are worked.
