Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
• 3-4 years in patient access/healthcare registration or customer service.
• 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• CHAA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Patient Access including registration, admissions, and scheduling.
• Lead teams across multiple service areas ensuring accuracy and patient flow.
