• Monitor registration practices and correct unsatisfactory performance.
• Report faulty equipment and follow up on outstanding repair orders.
• Perform all functions of Patient Access Associate as required.
• Stock and control department supplies.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary quality and service improvement teams.
