Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Epic, ADT Interface, HIM systems and Revenue Cycle basics.
• Ability to work with physicians, hospital staff and patients professionally.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize requests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front-end registration, insurance verification and financial counseling.
• Monitor quality, audit outputs and ensure policy adherence.
• Train staff and act as subject matter expert for frontline operations.
• Maintain Epic work queues and support smooth outpatient clinic workflow.
• Communicate effectively with patients and management to promote teamwork.
• Assist in staff education and cover supervisor/manager duties when needed.
