Qualifications

• 3-4 years patient access, healthcare registration, or customer service experience required
• 1-2 years demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• CHAA - Certified Healthcare Access Associate certification preferred
• Proficient with hospital information systems, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Patient Access and Guest Relations across multiple service areas
• Ensure accurate patient registration and scheduling using the hospital system
• Train and mentor staff, onboarding and certifications
• Monitor compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
• Support KPI data collection, reporting and performance improvement efforts
• Collaborate with departments to enhance patient experience and revenue cycle processes
• Troubleshoot scheduling issues and support staff with system navigation
