You will coach team members, collaborate with clinical and billing teams, and drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and patient satisfaction while maintaining privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of customer service or healthcare experience required.

Responsibilities

• Guide daily patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification operations.
• Welcome patients and families, answer questions, and help resolve concerns.
• Coach and train team members, supporting onboarding and continued development.
• Coordinate staff schedules and coverage to meet department needs.
• Support accurate patient records, insurance authorizations, and account information.
• Help patients understand insurance benefits, financial responsibilities, and payment options.
• Partner with clinical and billing teams to support smooth patient transitions and resolve account issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, accuracy, and patient satisfaction.
• Protect patient privacy and support compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
