Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is hiring for a Patient Access role at Ascension Dell Children’s Medical Center North in Austin, TX. You will work Sunday through Tuesday from 6:00am to 6:00pm and Wednesdays from 6:00am to 12:00pm, ensuring accurate registrations, managing schedules, and delivering excellent patient service.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and success of other team members.
• Ensure production standards, deadlines, and schedules are met.
• Provide superior customer service to patients and resolve issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow privacy guidelines.
• Ensure proper workflow procedures across the team.
• Complete daily worklists and reports from registration and billing systems.
• Participate in training and development of patient access staff.
