R1 RCM, Inc. in Austin, TX, is seeking a Patient Access Associate for Sundays-Tuesdays 6:00am–6:00pm and Wednesdays 6:00am–12:00pm to support patient registration workflows.

You will work with team members to meet production standards, provide superior customer service, and ensure patient confidentiality while supporting workflow across departments. A High School Diploma and healthcare exposure are preferred. Competitive benefits offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare or patient access preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy standards.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure production standards, deadlines, and schedules by monitoring trends and reporting needs to Patient Access Manager or Facility Lead.
• Provide high-quality customer service to patients and resolve issues.
• Ensure proper workflow procedures are followed by the team and maintain confidentiality.
