Job summary

Noble Community Clinics is seeking a Patient Access Support to join our Friendship, Wisconsin team. In this full-time role, you will welcome patients, verify demographic information, and guide them through registration and scheduling with a focus on friendly, efficient service.

You’ll process payments, support front-desk operations, and help identify patients needing financial assistance by connecting them with the Financial Advocate. A positive, patient-centered mindset is essential.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Healthcare office experience preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
  • Epic experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Check in patients for all appointments.
  • Verify accuracy of patient paperwork and demographics.
  • Enter patient data into the EHR.
  • Receive and process co-payments and payments accurately.
  • Maintain front-desk responsibilities and monitor patient flow.
  • Identify patients in need of financial assistance and refer to the Financial Advocate.
  • Work assigned work queues efficiently.
  • Ensure patient charts are accurate and complete, including scanning documents.
  • Support the organization’s quality improvement program.
  • Ensure UDS data is entered correctly in the EHR.

About the Role

We are seeking a Patient Access Support team member to join our front-line staff. In this role, you will be responsible for completing patient registration, assisting walk-in patients, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. You are the first point of contact for patients, and you play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
