Job summary

Noble Community Clinics in Friendship, Wisconsin, is seeking a Patient Access Support to join our front-line team. You will register patients, assist walk-ins, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming experience.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare office setting preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
  • Epic experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a patient-centered mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Check in patients for all appointments.
  • Verify accuracy of patient paperwork and demographics.
  • Enter patient data into the EHR.
  • Receive and process co-payments and payments accurately.
  • Maintain front-desk responsibilities and monitor patient flow.
  • Identify patients in need of financial assistance and refer to the Financial Advocate.
  • Work assigned work queues efficiently.
  • Ensure patient charts are accurate and complete, including scanning documents.
  • Support the organization’s quality improvement program.
  • Ensure UDS data is entered correctly in the EHR.

About the Role

We are seeking a Patient Access Support team member to join our front-line staff.
