Job summary

Noble Community Clinics is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Friendship, WI team. This full-time role provides direct and indirect nursing care, supports patient education, care coordination, and continuity of care within an outpatient setting.

You will work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to assess patient needs, coordinate care, perform triage and assessments, administer medications, educate patients, and document in the EMR.

Qualifications

  • Active Wisconsin RN license or NLC
  • BLS certification required
  • Outpatient clinic experience preferred; family medicine a plus
  • 3–5 years nursing experience preferred
  • Supervisory/leadership experience preferred
  • Knowledge of quality improvement programs and clinical process improvement preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EPIC systems
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect nursing care per standards and policies
  • Perform triage, assessments, medication administration, patient education, and message management
  • Follow up on abnormal labs and ER visits and other patient care needs
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Coordinate patient care with providers, hospitals, and care managers
  • Support transitional care management and care coordination activities
  • Assist providers with procedures and minor surgical interventions
  • Prepare patients for visits and provide education on conditions, medications, and prevention
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices
  • Ensure infection control, patient safety, HIPAA and regulatory compliance
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to LPNs, CMAs, and Medical Assistants
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve patient care processes

Clinic Registered Nurse (RN)

Noble Community Clinics - Friendship, WI

Noble Community Clinics is looking for aClinic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! This position provides direct and indirect nursing care while supporting patient education, care coordination, clinical quality, and continuity of care.

The Clinic RN works closely with providers and an interdisciplinary care team to assess patient needs, coordinate care, provide clinical support, and promote positive patient outcomes and exceptional patient experiences.

What You’ll Do

Provide direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with nursing standards, clinical guidelines, and organizational policies.

Perform triage, clinical assessments, medication administration, patient education, and patient message management.

Follow up on abnormal lab results, emergency room visits, and other patient care needs.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Coordinate patient care with providers, hospitals, case managers, and other healthcare partners.

Support transitional care management and care coordination activities.

Assist providers with procedures and minor surgical interventions.

Room patients and prepare them for provider visits as needed.

Provide education regarding health conditions, medications, treatment plans, and preventive care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.

Support clinical quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices.

Help ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.

Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to LPNs, CMAs, Medical Assistants, and other support staff.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve patient care processes and outcomes.

Utilize strong customer service and communication skills to address patient concerns and de-escalate difficult situations.

What We’re Looking For

Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Outpatient clinic experience preferred; family medicine experience is a plus.

3–5 years of nursing experience preferred.

Supervisory or leadership experience with an interdisciplinary team preferred.

Knowledge of quality improvement programs and clinical process improvement preferred.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with EPIC.

Excellent clinical judgment, communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
