You will drive staff development, performance reviews, and process improvements. The role requires strong scheduling, EMR experience (Meditech/Epic), and leadership in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include High School/Diploma/G.E.D.
• Knowledge of regulations related to Admissions and Financial requirements.
• Strong scheduling and registration background in EMR (Meditech and/or Epic) system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Registration department and ensure timely, accurate patient access services.
• Coordinate prior authorization and scheduling activities for staff and patients.
• Monitor budget, staffing, training, and quality to maintain service standards.
• Recruit, interview, and orient staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve patient access performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in admissions and financial requirements.
