Job summary

Nemours Children’s Health is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to lead Kingswood Clinic front-end operations, including registration, scheduling, and insurance verification. You will coach staff, monitor throughput, and ensure service excellence in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to drive clinic readiness, growth, and high-quality patient experiences across Primary Care and Specialty services.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 3–5 years of related experience required.
• Experience leading patient access, registration, scheduling, or ambulatory operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Patient Access staff across Primary Care and Specialty services.
• Oversee patient registration, scheduling, check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and customer service processes.
