Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-6 months of job related experience.
• Computer/typing skills required.
• Clerical experience in a physician's office preferred; EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with patients and families using AIDET.
• Complete check-in/check-out duties and pre-visit preparation.
• Verify demographics and insurance information and collect co-pays.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and communicate clinic status to families.
