Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Contact center experience required.
• Five years or greater experience in revenue cycle with emphasis on patient access.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Administrative, Nursing and Physician Leadership to ensure service excellence and access to care.
• Monitor Access Center performance using key metrics such as referral conversions and call volumes.
• Identify process improvement and technology enhancement opportunities.
• Provide standard reports to leadership to monitor performance and consistency in patient access.
• Direct supervision and coaching of Access Center Supervisors to maintain staffing and development.
• Participate in evaluating provider templates to optimize time and resources.
