Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Patient Access Supervisor Champion to organize and coordinate staff activities at Mercy - St Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, OH. You will train, coach and monitor performance while ensuring compliant, high-quality revenue cycle processes.

Key duties include scheduling, reporting, and on-call coverage, plus driving process improvements. A 2-year/4-year business degree and 2–3 years of supervisory healthcare experience are expected, with AI-enabled leadership

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred.
• Ability to lead/direct others with strong analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic office software.
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all registration duties with direct/indirect reporting staff.
• Provide staff training and monitor daily productivity.
• Report department performance metrics (point of service, wait times, productivity).
• Manage staff scheduling including rotations and time off.
• Oversee upfront collection process tracking and goal setting.
• Participate in on-call rotation including days, nights, weekends.
• Develop department processes, conduct audits and coaching.
• Act as resource for staff and other departments, ensuring service excellence.
• Manage projects, drive process changes, and ensure alignment with leadership.
• Attend facility meetings to ensure operational effectiveness.
