Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in Patient Access/Registration, Billing/Patient Accounting, Revenue Cycle Management and/or Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Patient Access department to ensure efficient and accurate registration and financial clearance.
• Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to staff while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and staff development to enhance patient experience and front-end revenue cycle performance.
