• Oversee registrations and scheduling to ensure efficient workflows and compliance.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop staff through evaluations and training.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and KPIs; implement improvements.
• Support revenue cycle operations: verification, authorization, collections, and denials prevention.
• Review denials and trends; collaborate with departments and payers to improve outcomes.
• Manage payroll duties and staffing levels; minimize overtime.
• Serve as leader in manager's absence and participate in on-call rotations.
• Respond to staffing issues and patient access emergencies after hours.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, EMTALA, CMS and policies.
• Participate in meetings, quality initiatives, trainings and special projects.
