Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing scheduling, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards. 40-hour weeks, with clinic hours Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, in Joliet, IL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a medical office or clinical setting.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Prior experience in patient access, scheduling, or front desk operations required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient workflows.
• Provide coaching, training, and clear expectations to Patient Service Representatives.
• Develop top talent and implement continuous improvements.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to policies and service standards.
• Serve as escalation point for complex patient concerns, scheduling conflicts, or billing issues.
