Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients and families to testing and surgical areas in a courteous, welcoming manner.
• Move with high mobility to assist patients, families, and visitors including transportation as needed.
• Greet patients and exchange information to promote understanding of procedures and expectations; maintain patient confidentiality.
• Access and update department communications daily via telephone voicemail and/or email; adjust information collection procedures as needed.
• Serve as a preceptor for new hires, providing education required for the position; perform other duties as assigned.
