Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient typing and keyboarding skills.

Responsabilités

• Schedules patient appointments and enters information in the system.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Ensures all required forms are completed and signatures obtained.
• Posts payments and maintains accurate patient receipts.
• Communicates with patients, families, and care teams professionally.
