• Explains forms to patients and obtains signatures as needed to maintain compliance.
• Collects patient liability and discusses payment options and arrangements.
• Communicates with physicians, departments, insurers, patients and families professionally.
• Documents thoroughly and maintains compliance with policies and procedures.
