Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a front-line role.
• Clerical and data entry proficiency.
• Clear communication with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service completing the registration process for patients.
• Confirms patient demographic information, verification of benefits, scheduling and coordinating post discharge care, collection of copays or payments, balancing of accounts, and general data entry.
• Preregister, register, schedule, reschedule, and discharge patients according to the defined guidelines.
