Job summary

Kingman Pulmonary Associates is seeking a Patient Access Representative to support patient registration, verify benefits, and collect copays in a busy medical office. You will preregister, register, schedule, reschedule, and discharge patients according to guidelines.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, BLS certification, and at least 1 year in a customer service or office setting. Expect a comprehensive benefits package and a path for growth within KRMC's health system.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 yr of experience in a customer service position and/or office setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service completing the registration process for patients. Confirms patient demographic information, verification of benefits, scheduling and coordinating post discharge care for patients, collection of copays or payments, balancing of accounts, and general data entry.
