Summa Health is seeking a Patient Access Liaison for Central Scheduling in Cleveland, OH. The role supports on-site operations with potential remote work after training, handling calls, scheduling, insurance verification, and registration while delivering exceptional patient service.

The position requires a high school diploma and 1 year of customer service experience; familiarity with Microsoft Office is expected. On-site with possible work-from-home after training, standard full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; healthcare exposure preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or general office support experience desired.
• Call center or registration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist callers and/or patients with way-finding and appointment scheduling.
• Handle pre-service registration, insurance verification, and co-pay collection.
• Process physician referrals and initial screening of patient signs/symptoms.
• Provide high level customer service to present a positive Summa Health impression.
