Summa Health is seeking a Patient Access Liaison for Central Scheduling in Cleveland, OH. The role supports on-site operations with potential remote work after training, handling calls, scheduling, insurance verification, and registration while delivering exceptional patient service.
The position requires a high school diploma and 1 year of customer service experience; familiarity with Microsoft Office is expected. On-site with possible work-from-home after training, standard full-time schedule.
