Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of healthcare/call center experience or completion of Houston Methodist Call Center Apprenticeship.
• Healthcare terminology knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patients for services, ensuring proper location and timing.
• Verify patient eligibility and benefits prior to appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with patients, physicians, and staff.
