Qualifications

• 1 year healthcare experience in patient access preferred.
• Knowledge of health insurance payers and real-time eligibility verification.

Responsibilities

• Register patients at all access points with accurate demographics and insurance data.
• Scan and index documents to support registration and billing workflows.
• Explain patient financial responsibilities and collect payments when appropriate.
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments to ensure timely care.
• Resolve routine registration and billing discrepancies following established workflows.
• Provide patient support by phone and other channels, document interactions.
