Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of healthcare experience in patient access.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of patient registration procedures and real-time eligibility verification.
• Strong computer and administrative skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Register and admit patients across ED and main registration points.
• Gather and verify demographics and insurance information from patients.
• Coordinate medical records, scheduling, and inquiries across access points.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies to maintain workflow integrity.
• Support daily access operations and uphold privacy standards.
