CHI Mercy Health Valley City in North Dakota is seeking a Patient Access Representative to support registration, admitting, scheduling, and patient access at multiple hospital points.
You will verify demographics and insurance, collect payments when appropriate, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records in the electronic health record, delivering compassionate patient service. This fast-paced role requires attention to detail and clear communication across teams.
As a Patient Access Representative, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive first impression for our patients and families. You’ll support registration, admitting, scheduling, and patient access functions across various hospital access points while helping ensure each patient’s information is accurate, complete, and handled with care.
Your ability toprovide excellent customer service, communicate clearly, work efficiently across multiple systems, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment will help support smooth patient access operations and a seamless patient experience.
