Job summary

You will verify insurance eligibility, communicate financial responsibilities, collect payments, schedule appointments, and provide strong telephone support while maintaining privacy and regulatory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare or patient access.
• Knowledge of health insurance payers and registration procedures.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, verify and update patient demographics and insurance data.
• Perform insurance eligibility verifications and communicate financial responsibilities.
• Collect payments at the time of service and schedule appointments.
• Scan/index patient records and provide high-quality phone support.
• Maintain patient privacy and adhere to regulatory standards.
