Carle Health is seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative to manage patient registrations, check-ins, and related front-desk tasks at our Normal, IL location.

You will handle forms, collect co-pays, manage patient records, and answer calls while upholding Carle policies and delivering excellent customer service. This role supports smooth patient flow and accurate data entry in a busy healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently completes registration for new and existing patients.
• Checks patients in upon their arrival for scheduled appointments.
• Explains and completes registration and admitting forms; obtains signatures.
• Obtains signatures for Consents, Assignment of Benefits, ABN's and Notice of Non Coverage forms.
• Performs cash drawer management including co-pay collections.
• Requests, locates, sends and receives patient medical records as needed.
• Answers all incoming telephone calls and supports front desk operations.
• Demonstrates customer service excellence and adheres to Carle policies.
• Suggests ways to improve processes.
