Bilingual Spanish preferred; CAD/EMR experience a plus. This full-time, on-site position at the Montcalm Area Health Center offers standard business hours, with occasional Saturdays and regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• One year healthcare setting experience with EMR recommended.
• Strong communication, customer service, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and collect required documentation.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain signatures as needed.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments per guidelines.
• Process payments and assist with billing and collections.
• Maintain accurate records and provide data entry support.
• Support a clean, organized front desk and collaborate with team.
