Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year of healthcare front desk experience recommended.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred to assist diverse patients.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and collect required documents; verify insurance eligibility.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments; manage waiting lists.
• Collect payments and process billing as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and data entry; generate reports.
• Assist with general office duties and billing inquiries.
