Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting with EHR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and collect necessary documentation including insurance eligibility and signatures.
• Verify insurance details, update records and process payments for services.
• Schedule, confirm and reschedule appointments following scheduling guidelines.
• Monitor daily schedules and report variations to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist in data reporting as requested.
• Perform general office duties and data entry; support inventory and supplies.
