Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (will need to provide Diploma or Official Transcripts upon hire)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and/or office setting
• American Heart Association BLS certification (can obtain prior to start)

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and contributes to patient satisfaction.
• Fields incoming calls and responds to inquiries from patients or staff.
• Refer accounts to financial counselors for education on denials, liabilities, and payment options.
• Assist coworkers to support department efficiency and positive feedback goals.
• Participate in ongoing process improvement activities for the team.
• Rotate to other work areas and work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
