R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Patient Service Representative (Registration) to work on-site at Intermountain St. George Hospital & IHC Hurricane ER.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring fast, compassionate access to care while collecting demographics, medical data, and payment information. You’ll join a mission-driven team blending technology with human service to improve patient experiences and revenue cycle performance.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist patients and families with the check-in process across multiple computer systems.
• Answer phones and gather accurate patient information quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Support timely access to care by minimizing delays in registration and answer questions with confidence, clarity, and compassion.
• Build trust with patients during moments when they may be ill, anxious, confused, or overwhelmed.
