R1 RCM, Inc. is hiring a Patient Service Representative (Registration) for On-Site operations at Intermountain Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering fast, compassionate access to care and supporting registration with accuracy across multiple systems. This frontline role influences patient experience, hospital operations, and revenue cycle success.

• Navigate diverse insurance plans and coverage details, enter demographics and medical data, collect co-pays and provide cost estimates when applicable.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
