Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in hospital patient access.
• Knowledge of patient registration processes and financial clearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify information to register and financially clear for service.
• Serve as front-line contact; explain Sutter Health services.
• Maintain and document data in patient registration systems.
• Work across multiple computer systems with accuracy.
• Adhere to EMTALA and consent laws.
