Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and answer telephone calls.
• Schedule appointments and pull/file medical charts as needed.
• Obtain accurate patient demographics, insurance and physician information.
• Screen data for insurance eligibility and pre-certification requirements.
• Identify self-pay patients and refer to financial assistance when applicable.
• Maintain open communications with departments and clinical staff.
