Qualifications

• 1–2 years of medical insurance verification experience.
• Two to three years of medical customer service or front desk experience.
• Experience with EMR or EPM systems and MS Office.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association within sixty days.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be flexible for night weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced emergency room environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Shift Commitment: Must be able to work night shifts.

Pay Rate: Based on Experience plus Shift Differentials

You will be the first point of contact for patients seeking emergency care, and your work directly impacts patient experience and care quality.

What You Will Do
