Job summary

Complete Care ER in Austin-Westlake is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our state-of-the-art, free-standing emergency room. The RN will deliver direct patient care, administer treatments and medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Candidates must have two years of ER experience, be flexible to work both day and night shifts, hold BLS, ACLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association, and be legally authorized to work in the United

Qualifications

• Two years of ER nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS from American Heart Association
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Windows and EMR/EPM systems
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering treatments and medications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans
• Support patient and family education and communication
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Document pertinent data concisely
• Work effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining excellent patient care
